Methodology

How we run an engagement.

Four phases. Each one has a clear deliverable. You can stop after any of them if it isn't working for you.

01 · Discovery
1 week

Sit down with your ops team

We shadow the people actually doing the work — not the people describing the work. Most of the time savings hide in the steps no one bothers to document.

We come out with a ranked list of candidate workflows scored on volume, time spent, brittleness, and risk if automated incorrectly.

Deliverables

  • Workflow inventory
  • ROI estimate per workflow
  • Recommended starting point
02 · Mapping
3–5 days

Map the workflow end to end

Every click. Every conditional. Every edge case the team has learned the hard way. We document it as a flow diagram and as a written spec.

You sign off on the map before we write a line of code. No surprises, no scope creep.

Deliverables

  • Flow diagram
  • Edge-case catalog
  • Success criteria
  • Failure escalation plan
03 · Build
2–4 weeks

Ship the automation

We pick the right tool for each step. Browserbase for cloud-grade headless runs, BrowserOS for tasks that need a real desktop session, deterministic Playwright for the predictable parts, and LLM calls only where judgment is genuinely needed.

We stage it against your real systems with a kill switch. You decide when it goes live.

Deliverables

  • Versioned automation
  • Staging environment
  • Monitoring + alerting
  • Run-on-demand interface
04 · Operate
Ongoing

Audit, report, improve

Every run is captured: video, DOM snapshots, decisions, inputs, outputs. You get a daily summary, a weekly digest, and a monthly review.

When something breaks — and something always breaks — we know within minutes, not weeks. Most fixes ship the same day.

Deliverables

  • Daily / weekly / monthly reports
  • Full audit trail per run
  • SLA on incident response
  • Continuous improvement
